You can inquire about your toll violation debts on E-Devlet or the KGM website, and get information from HGS customer service and the banks where you have an HGS subscription.

Within the scope of the amendment to Law No. 6001 published in the Official Gazette dated 5 July 2022, crossings that are not paid within 15 days of the crossing date are subject to a 1-fold penalty, and crossings that are not paid within 45 days are subject to a 4-fold penalty.
