Eurasia Tunnel earned the Great Place To Work® Certification for the second time, based on the trust and valuable feedback of its employees.
The certification process, which is based on employees’ experiences and evaluations of workplace culture, once again highlighted Eurasia Tunnel’s working environment built on trust, collaboration and mutual respect.
Employees’ contributions to the process by openly sharing their views played an important role in this achievement. Eurasia Tunnel places great importance on fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued, can freely express their ideas and have opportunities to grow together.
