Eurasia Tunnel Operation Construction and Investment Co. (ATAŞ) was founded in 2009 for realizing the Eurasia Tunnel Project. ATAŞ is responsible for financing and construction of the Eurasia Tunnel Project as well as its operation for approximately 25 years. Yapı Merkezi of Turkey and SK Ecoplant of South Korea are the two equal shareholders in ATAŞ.
