Eurasia Tunnel has been awarded the Blue Dot Network certification, established by the OECD - OCDE to promote high-quality infrastructure investments, becoming one of the first projects in the world to receive this certification. The Blue Dot Network certification is granted to projects that successfully pass independent evaluation processes, promoting sustainable, inclusive, transparent, and resilient infrastructure projects.
This significant achievement of the Eurasia Tunnel was celebrated with a special plaque of appreciation at the 9th PPP Week event held in Istanbul. The international award ceremony organized by the OECD will take place in Paris on April 24, 2025.
Since its inception, the Eurasia Tunnel has prioritized high-quality standards, environmental, and social sustainability principles. The Blue Dot Network certification confirms the project's alignment with international standards in areas such as transparency, labor rights, environmental protection, and community benefits.
This certification reinforces the Eurasia Tunnel's position as a pioneer among high-quality infrastructure investments on a global scale, while also highlighting its contribution to sustainable development goals.
