Eurasia Tunnel continues to win the recognition of not only the drivers but also international authorities thanks to the comfort and security it provides with its advanced technology.
Eurasia Tunnel which reduced the transportation time between the two continents in Istanbul to 5 minutes was found worthy of one more international award. Connecting the Asian and European continents for the first time via a double-deck road tunnel beneath the sea floor, Eurasia Tunnel continues to win the recognition of not only the drivers but also international authorities thanks to the comfort and security it provides with its advanced technology.
Korean Society of Civil Engineers (KSCE) awarded the “2017 Building Prize of the Year” in Golden Category to Eurasia Tunnel. As the eighth international prize given to Eurasia Tunnel since its financing and building stage, Korean Society of Civil Engineers’ 2017 Building Prize of the Year will just like its predecessors also be displayed at the Eurasia Tunnel Museum.
