Published in the Official Gazette dated 25.05.2018 and entered into force...
According to the amendment made by the Article 18 of the Law No. 7144 “On the Amendment of Certain Laws” in the Article 30/5 of the Law No 6001 “On the Organization and Duties of the General Directorate of Highways” the penalty rate imposed on the car owners who cross the Eurasia Tunnel illegaly without paying the toll was reduced from ten times the toll to four times. The Provisional Article 3 of the Law No. 7144 stipulates that the discount shall apply to the penalties that were not yet collected as of 25.05.2018. Kindly submitted for the information of our user.
