President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a visit on October 8th to receive information about the current situation of the Eurasia Tunnel Project. President Erdoğan drove his official car from the Asian side to the European side of the city under the Bosphorus as the first automobile trip making this intercontinental. President Erdoğan was accompanied by the Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım and Republic of Turkey Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Maritime Affairs and Communication Minister Ahmet Arslan in his car. “Today, we have done the final test of another historical project for Turkey. If God pleases, we will open it on 20 December together with my dear citizens,” said President Erdoğan.
